The fruit comes from the family's own vineyards and long-held contracts across the south west of Western Australia, with the Trellis wines drawn from Frankland River in the Great Southern. The rosé is picked early for acidity, pressed straight off the skins to keep the colour light, and fermented cool in stainless steel with no oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe well chilled at 8 degrees with prawns, salads, soft cheese or anything off the barbecue.
