Juniper still leads. A hundred millilitres gives you a few drinks, which is the right amount for working out whether a gin this unusual belongs in your cupboard.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHerbal, resinous and dry, with a green savouriness that sets it well apart from a London Dry. One 30ml measure makes a gin and tonic with a rosemary sprig.
