Each release differs according to the wood available, and they are bottled by hand at high strength with no sugar or colouring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJuniper and citrus softened by vanilla, dried fruit and a gentle wine-cask sweetness, with a long oily finish. Drink it neat or over a single large cube with lemon zest.
