Fresh ginger, turmeric and galangal cut the fruit's sweet acidity, while lemongrass, lemon verbena and makrut lime, picked and prepared the day of production, add lift, and ground sesame seed gives the spirit its oily mouthfeel. The gin then went back onto pineapple flesh and rind in a single 400-litre vat for eight months, until distillate and fruit infusion sat in balance. The bauble is a sealed glass ornament holding a single pour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne bauble is one generous drink. Pineapple arrives first, then ginger and lime-leaf warmth.
