Arnaud took full charge of the vines and the cellar in 2024, working without herbicides, holding yields down, picking by hand and sorting in the rows. Ferment runs on indigenous yeast, then twelve months in French oak with none of it new, and bottling happens unfined and unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRaspberry, sour cherry and redcurrant lead, with cinnamon and clove behind the fruit and a silky, lightly built palate. Serve at 14 to 16 degrees in a tapered Burgundy glass.
