Clos Tue-Loup is one of the enclosed parcels Arnaud Lambert has brought back into production, planted on shallow soils over tuffeau limestone. Farming is organic, the harvest is by hand, and fermentation runs on indigenous yeast with a gentle infusion-style extraction.
