Les Terres Rouges takes its name from the ferrous red clay found in parts of the appellation, soils that ripen the grape reliably and give a rounder, fruit-forward wine. Arnaud Lambert farms his vineyards at Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg and Breze organically.
