The region's long, dry autumns and strong winds produce small berries with fine, concentrated flavour. Crimson is the estate's earlier-drinking Pinot, made from younger vineyard sites. The 2025 is fresh and floral, with rose, bergamot tea and ginger alongside savoury, minty notes, supple tannins and a seam of pure fruit. The winery's French harvest interns called it 'glou-glou', meaning it disappears quickly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe half bottle suits a dinner for two or a night when only a glass or two is needed.
