This cuvée has been in the Bachelet-Monnot range since 2012 and is drawn from four parcels of mature vines averaging 30 years of age. Les Bras supplies the backbone, running on from La Fussière across the appellation boundary, with Le Chainey providing the balance. Both are exceptionally chalky sites, and the brothers handle the fruit as they do all their whites, with spontaneous fermentation and raising in barrel, aiming for a creamy midpalate held together by the rocky, saline close the ground here gives.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrinking now and holding for four to six years.
