Fermentation ran with a quarter whole bunches and a small carbonic portion, then eight months in hogsheads with twenty per cent new. Calling it a mini-Bannockburn is fair, since the savoury depth and the pure, potent flavour of the estate are all present.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBerries and spice up front, earthy depth behind, with dusty rose drifting through and tannins that are punchy and silky at once.
