Planted in 2007 at 8,333 vines to the hectare, predominantly clone 777 with a portion of 114, it crops at levels Burgundy would recognise from its Grand Crus. Fruit came in by hand in 2025 to open-top fermenters, with whole clusters layered through, thirteen days on skins, then French oak hogsheads with 30 per cent new. High-density planting brings concentration as detail and texture, not weight.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHigh-toned and filigreed, with dried herbs, incense, red cherry, orange rind and a bitter Campari edge, closing on fine tannin and a mineral finish. Serve at 14 to 16 degrees.
