The crop was down about half on an already lean 2022. Volcanic loam and dark clay over limestone runs beneath the lot, planted mainly to MV6. Parcels fermented separately with roughly 20 per cent bunches and a little carbonic, then had ten months in hogsheads and puncheons, one fifth of them new.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReady straight away: pure red fruit, florals, and the estate’s savoury signature underneath, with tannin that barely gets in the way. Serve at 14 to 15 degrees.
