Hand-picked parcels fermented wild and separately with about 20 per cent whole bunch, then sat ten months on lees in French hogsheads and puncheons, 25 per cent new, before blending. The 2025 harvest was the earliest on the estate’s books and gave wines with clarity and fine structure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRed and dark cherry over savoury, earthy depth, with fine-grained tannin and a long drive through the finish that speaks clearly of site and season. Serve at 15 degrees.
