Fruit came in late March in excellent condition with yields a touch below average, pressed as whole bunches, settled overnight and racked to tank for a cold, natural ferment. Nothing was added beyond a small dose of sulphur. The lion’s share grows on ungrafted 1976 vines in the Olive Tree Hill block, with a 2015 planting rounding it out, and the limestone underneath shows in every release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLean and precise, with lime zest, green apple, a saline thread and a long, dry close. Drink it at 8 to 10 degrees, young or with a few years on it.
