Two blocks feed it: the Winery Block, in the ground from 1990 and widened later that decade, alongside the Range Block of 1974, both on the limestone-rich soils that define this property. A decade on, the wine is only beginning to hit its straps, which is the point of the museum programme.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDeep and broad, framed by firm structure and dusty, well-integrated tannin, with plenty of savoury nuance behind the flavour. It wants a decanter or a big glass at 17 to 18 degrees.
