Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith farm without herbicides, which is why yellow soursob flowers, a weed that loves an unsprayed vineyard, turn up on the labels. This one comes from estate vines and spends time in oak to soften its tannins before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect blackcurrant with a savoury edge, and tannins that are firm but ripe. It's enjoyable now with a decant, and there are a few more years in it yet.
