The vines grow in the southern foothills of the Vale, where the vines are farmed without herbicides by Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith (look for the soursob weeds on the label). Oak maturation adds structure without covering up the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRipe blackberry, plum and dark chocolate, held together by ripe tannins. It's drinking well now and will keep for several years in a good cellar.
