This is the estate's flagship, named for Richard III's emblem. The vines are farmed organically at Willunga.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlush and dense, with dried fruit, spice and firm tannins. Decant it and serve at 17–18°C with braised beef, venison or aged cheddar.
