Leroux's fruit comes from two parcels covering 0.25 hectares on the slope above Comblanchien, one with 40-year-old vines and the other with vines of 15 years and more. The vineyard is certified organic and farmed by a friend and former colleague. Leroux jokes that limestone dust from the quarry nearby helps keep mildew off the berries.
