Les Seuvrées provides the core, with northern vineyards including Les Crais and Les Champerriers filling it out, and a parcel in the Brochon vineyard Les Jeunes Rois adding dimension and a spicy freshness. Each parcel was vinified separately before blending, with 85% of the fruit destemmed, and the wine aged in a mix of 600-litre and 225-litre barrels of which 15% were new.
