Leroux's parcel of 40-year-old vines falls on the Chassagne side, directly across the road from the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti holding in Le Montrachet and next to the Hospices de Beaune parcel. He took full control of the vineyard management here in 2016 and has since had the original stone entrance restored, which makes the plot easy to find from the track between Bâtard and Le Montrachet. Production is minuscule: the wine fermented and aged in a single used barrel, and the magnum is the only format made.
