Leroux's holding neighbours Christophe Roumier's vines in the southern sector, on the soil type locally called terres blanches, rocky ground rich in limestone and fossils. The vines have always been farmed organically. Like most of Leroux's grand crus the parcel is tiny, and only two barrels were produced in this vintage.
