Benjamin Leroux buys fruit from a parcel of old vines farmed biodynamically in the centre of the site, which is where the vineyard is at its most complete. Only two barrels were made in this vintage, and the wine was vinified with 80 per cent whole bunches, a high proportion even by Leroux's standards and one the concentration of the fruit can carry. The magnums are sealed with natural cork.
