Leroux disagrees: although his parcel in Vosne-Romanée Aux Malconsorts is a stone's throw away, he says the two behave completely differently in the cellar, and he regards Boudots as home to the true character of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Lalou Bize-Leroy, who farms over a hectare here, makes a similar point in Jasper Morris MW's Inside Burgundy. Leroux began working with the site in 2015.
