Much of it is planted to Pinot Fin, the small-berried, low-cropping selection that gives concentration where higher-yielding clones give volume. Saucours, further west along the slope near Les Hauts Jarrons, came into the blend from 2023 after a parcel in Connardises was sold. Leroux has been assembling patchworks like this since 2007, and Savigny has always been where his range delivers the most wine for the money.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlenty of bright cherry and redcurrant, but there is structure underneath and enough grip to reward a few years in the cellar. Serve at 16 degrees.
