The 14-odd-hectare vineyard is divided into three lieux-dits and worked by growers including d'Angerville, Lafarge and Pousse d'Or. Leroux farms 0.5 hectares of Pinot Fin in the sector known as Caillerets-Dessus, planted in 1945, 1985 and the late 1990s. The wine was made with a high proportion of whole bunches, around 60 per cent, with only the youngest-vine fruit destemmed, and raised in roughly one-quarter new oak.
