Leroux has been making Volnay for more than two decades and treats this cuvée seriously, with a measured share of whole bunches, maturation in large oak, and nothing hurried. Frost and mildew cut yields across the Côte d'Or in 2024, which has only concentrated what came in.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWildly floral, with dark red fruit and a powdery, fine-grained structure underneath. Serve at 16 degrees after a short decant.
