Running north to south, the parcels are Maizières Basses, organically farmed with 60-year-old Pinot Fin; a slice of Les Violettes; a plot of old-vine Pinot Fin in Genaivrières that is new to the house, sitting just below Domaine Leroy's vines; and then Les Jacquines, Croix Blanche and Au-Dessus de la Rivière. Each was vinified separately. Whole bunches make up about a third of the ferment, drawn mainly from the northern parcels, and roughly 10% of the crop fermented directly in a 450-litre barrel that was rolled rather than punched down.
