The most northerly parcel here is En Journoblot, bordering the grand cru Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet. The core of the wine comes from three more central sites: Voillenot Dessus and Les Chambres, below the premier cru Maltroie, and Les Masures, below Champs Gain. The most southerly plot is La Platière, beneath the Abbaye de Morgeot climat. Together they make up 1.4 hectares, which makes this Benoît Moreau's largest bottling. Barely 10% of the cuvée was raised in new oak, in keeping with a house style built on hand harvesting, natural ferments and long, unhurried maturation.
