Bernabeleva farms organically at San Martín de Valdeiglesias, and this cuvée draws on a range of estate plots supplemented by fruit bought from trusted growers in the same district, all rooted in granitic sands. The grapes undergo a twenty-five-day maceration including a portion of whole bunches, with fermentation split between stainless steel, concrete and large wooden vats. After blending, the wine was raised in upright old wooden vats and bottled without filtration.
