Their vines took it in stride and came in clean, with intense flavour. The blend sits at 83 per cent Sauvignon Blanc and 17 per cent Semillon, both from twenty-plus-year-old blocks at Quindalup. Fermentation was split across stainless steel, old French barriques and a concrete egg, with malolactic conversion allowed to finish before blending and unfined bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright and quite intense: lime, guava and a dab of lemon blossom, with fine texture across the middle and a dry close. Pour at 9 degrees.
