A single block at their certified organic and biodynamic Quindalup vineyard feeds this bottling. Whole bunches are pressed to barrel, the wine is put into bottle before fermentation finishes, and it spends twelve months on lees, less than the 2022 saw, which keeps the fruit further forward. Riddling and disgorgement are done by hand on site, one bottle at a time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFresher and more fruit-driven than the longer-aged releases: pear, lemon and a soft foaming texture. Drink it cold, 6 to 8 degrees, and drink it young.
