Grenache comes from Rayner plus a deep sandy site in Blewitt Springs; the Shiraz is Rayner again, off seventy-year-old vines on sand; the Mataro comes from the Lacey vineyard on the rocky Kurrajong soils near Willunga. The season ran riper than 2024, so Andre and Selina picked early to hold the lift. Indigenous ferments, old oak, nothing showy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDangerously easy to drink: dark juicy fruit, dried herbs and a lingering umami note, with soft tannin. Serve at 16 degrees, or slightly chilled.
