More Nero d'Avola goes into McLaren Vale soil every year — the Sicilian grape copes with heat and holds its acid — and this sits at the fresher, lighter end of what the region is doing with it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark berries and spice with an earthy savoury line and enough acid to keep things moving along. Serve lightly chilled at 14 degrees.
