Cinsault and Mataro both come from the home vineyard. The winery approach splits the fruit by role: grower and young-vine Grenache plus Cinsault ferment cool for primary lift, while the older-vine Grenache and Mataro ferment warm in old oak for texture and savoury weight. The blend arrives fresh but with something to chew on.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJuicy red fruit up front, chalky pithy grip through the middle, and a long watermelon-flecked finish that stays dry. Serve at 9 degrees, in a decent glass.
