Bret Brothers is the négociant label of Jean-Guillaume and Jean-Philippe Bret, who also run the family domaine La Soufrandière at Vinzelles, and it works only with growers whose farming and picking meet the same standards as the estate. Fruit is whole-bunch pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and raised on lees in a mix of barrel and tank before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrink over the next five years, with grilled fish, chicken or a fresh goat's cheese.
