Bret Brothers is the négociant side of the Bret family's operation at Vinzelles, where they also run the domaine La Soufrandière, and they buy only from growers who work to the standards they apply to their own vines. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and raised on lees before bottling, with little or no new oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAn everyday Mâconnais to drink over the next three or four years, with roast chicken, grilled fish or soft cheeses.
