Winemaking is designed to let the site speak: maturation in large-format French oak keeps wood flavour in check so the red spice and bramble fruit of Hunter Shiraz comes through clearly. The 2019 follows a fine 2018 with a supple, complete palate that flows from start to finish, and bright natural acidity underpins its structure and carry.
