The 2019 has green-edged colour developing yellow tints, with toast and brioche on the nose alongside key lime pie and floral hints edging towards beeswax. On the palate, lively Tahitian lime and fresh acidity carry real texture and fruit weight, and the winemakers count it among their finest releases.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTry it lightly chilled with sashimi, grilled prawns with lime butter or a goat's cheese tart.
