The 2025 includes whole bunches in the ferment for spice and structure, and matures in fine-grained French oak. Medium in density with bright red hues, it offers lifted warm spice, a touch of sandalwood and cherry fruit. The entry is soft and led by forest fruits, with good fruit tannin and a fresh acid backbone carrying through. It drinks well from release and will develop more complexity with bottle age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTry it with seared duck, a beetroot and goat's cheese salad, or a simple roast of lamb.
