Ca' d'Gal is a small estate at Santo Stefano Belbo in the Langhe, in the heart of the best Moscato country, with about six hectares of Moscato Bianco at roughly 400 metres on steep marl and limestone slopes veined with lenses of blue clay. Alessandro Boido was the guiding hand behind the estate for the vintages that made its name. Lumine draws on vines of twenty to forty-five years at more generous yields than the Sant'Ilario and Vigna Vecchia bottlings, and is made cold throughout to hold the grape's floral, grapey aromatics.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrink as young as possible.
