New owners in the early 2000s turned it into a modern boutique négociant and domaine, buying fruit from growers across the Côte d'Or, farming its own parcels and taking a lighter hand in the cellar. Burgundy's other white grape ripens later and is more acidic than Chardonnay, and it's taken seriously here: whole-bunch pressing, native yeasts and lees ageing in mostly neutral vessels keep its cut and drive.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLean and citrusy, with a chalky finish.
