Neive is one of the main communes of the Barbaresco zone, and the property farms around 25 hectares of vines across several well-known sites. This wine brings together Nebbiolo from more than one of those vineyards, which the estate describes as different expressions of Neive combined in a single wine. It is fermented in stainless steel and matured in large oak casks in the traditional way, aiming for elegance and fine tannin over sheer power.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePour at around 16 to 18 degrees after an hour in the decanter. It goes well with tajarin and meat ragu, braised beef, roast veal or truffle dishes.
