Many Arneis vineyards in the region are still planted with material that traces back to that work. The site faces south to south-east on calcareous marl at about 250 metres. To protect the delicate aromas, the grapes are destemmed and pressed straight away, given a few hours of cold skin contact, then fermented cool in stainless steel and kept in tank for around three months before bottling. No oak is involved.

Chilled to about 8 to 10 degrees, it makes a good aperitif. At the table, match it with vitello tonnato, antipasti, freshwater fish, vegetable risotto or light pasta dishes. Most enjoyable in its first few years.

*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur.
