For this wine the Chardonnay is grown at the foot of the Cordón del Plata range, in what the family describes as Mendoza's highest-altitude microclimate. Warm, sunny days build ripeness and flavour, while cold nights keep the acidity fresh, giving grapes of good balance and full maturity. The wine is fermented and matured in French oak, which adds richness and a creamy texture to the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the table, it has the weight to handle richer dishes: try it with roast pork belly, lobster with a butter sauce or a creamy mushroom risotto.
