Its members farm around Turckheim, Wintzenheim and Ingersheim, including several grand cru holdings, and the cellar is known for well-made wines at fair prices. This entry-level range uses village sites, whole-bunch pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel, with a short time on fine lees. A touch of residual sugar offsets the variety's naturally low acidity, as is classic in Alsace.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePerfumed and broad, with lychee and rose and a soft, faintly sweet finish.
