Members farm granite and limestone slopes around the town under shared vineyard rules, with lower yields for this range. Pinot Noir is the region's only permitted red grape; here it's destemmed, extracted gently in temperature-controlled tanks and matured partly in tank, partly in older oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePale and supple, with red berries and soft tannin. Serve lightly chilled at 14–16°C with charcuterie, roast duck, mushrooms or a wedge of Munster.
