Bosan is the name of the Cesari family's vineyard, and the wine is made from Corvina and Rondinella and given long ageing in oak and in bottle before release. Cesari was founded in 1936 and was among the first to take Amarone to an international audience.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA rich, mature red for braised beef, game, hard cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, or on its own after dinner.
