Grenache leads, bringing red-fruited lift and warmth, while Shiraz adds depth and colour and Mourvèdre contributes savoury grip and a firmer frame. The previous release picked up a gold medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards, so expectations are high for this vintage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePour it at around 16 to 18 degrees alongside slow-roasted lamb shoulder, chargrilled sausages or a mushroom and lentil ragù.
