Cold nights and slow ripening in the high vineyards of Mount Canobolas let it gain flavour and weight while staying fresh. They pick for ripe pear and spice, then build mouthfeel with time on lees, so there's more body here than in a typical Grigio.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePear and nashi with a gentle spice, generous and round.
